So people, how's your Chinese New Year?
Well, I've been living the past 3 days pretty well.
You know, the usual thing, go there go here, take this angpau take that angpau, and of cause gambling with all my relatives.
''Legal'' gambling :p

Btw, I've watched 3 different movies in the past 3 nights, let's review each of em.

First movie is I Love Hong Kong 2012.


Well, I think it's a pretty good one though. For me I think that the purpose of CNY movies is that to make all of us forget about the stresses in our lives and just enjoy the movies with no regret. This movie is no exception. It's cheesy at times but the parodies and jokes in this movie were pretty well doned.
A solid 7/10.


Second movie is Ah Beng: Three Wishes.

Produced by the people under Astro, you know this movie won't go wrong with all the familiar casts once again. For me I think last year's 天天好天 is better than this one, but still, the storyline is more unique and better than I Love Hong Kong 2012, so I give this a pretty good 7.5/10.


Last movie that I've watched is All's Well End's Well 2012.

Okay, normally I think that the 黄百鸣's movies are always the worst one out of these 3. But this year this movie is kinda out of my expectation. I just don't know why, I think this is the best out of all the 3. I simply love the storyline and the jokes inside are way better than the previous two movies. Not to mention that the girl 楊冪 is very pretty, LOL.
8/10.


Well I've finished up all the reviews, I think I've received almost all my relatives' angpaus in this 2 days, now my mission is to meet up with my friends and attack all their houses to get more angpaus.

A Dota Story

This story is definitely based on true events.

And it's only strictly for Dota players.
Please enjoy.


The story goes like this,
Once upon a time, in a land far far away...
Well, maybe not that far,
there's this guy named Loda.Jonathan ''Loda'' Berg.

For those of you who don't know who is him, he's one of the best Dota players that has ever walked this land of might.
Born as a Swedish, he joined the team SK.Gaming and swept across numerous awards with his team.
There's this one skill that he is known about.
This one legendary skill that has changed his life, forever.

It's the fall of 2009, the new era of the -cm game of Dota is nearing soon.
Europe teams are facing endless waves of most feared China teams in their competitive Dota scenes. Fortunately, in the competition Dreamhack 2009, SK.Gaming successfully entered final to face their a team that they had never heard before Virtus.Pro.

Rumour has it that Virtus.Pro consists of some of the best Dota players out there, and one of them is named Vigoss. Loda knows nothing about this Vigoss guy, but he has heard countless rumours about this guy.

Rumoured said that vigoss is really strong at one on one, but unfortunately, no survivor is able to confirmed this.

People said that vigoss does not gets stunned, the stun gets vigoss.

People said that if you have 1000 gold and vigoss has 1000 gold, he has more gold than you.

People said that vigoss can maim with Yasha.

People said that if vigoss has a little sister, she will be better than you in Dota.

People said that if vigoss picks up rune, the rune effect lasts for the whole game.

People said that vigoss can stack orb effects.

But then, those are all just rumours, but SK.Gaming is already in fear, they all hope that the rumours about this vigoss guy is not true. But they are just, afraid of losing.

And then the game gets started. Loda picks his most favourited hero, Shadow Fiend and Vigoss picks Akasha. They met their skills at mid-lane.

Unfortunately, Loda loses lane in just a short amount of time. Vigoss ganks him just like your father rapes your mother. And so, Vigoss bought his Aghanim Scepter in just 13 minutes of gametime, while Loda has only a Bottle and a Power Treads.

Things are not going SK.Gaming's way, their scores are losing, Virtus.Pro is pushing their towers down one by one, just when they were about to give up, they see something legendary happened.

Loda's hand is SHINING!
His right hand is shining! Yes, shining! His teammates thought they are seeing Jesus. But, they are not, they are seeing Loda. LOL!
Why his hand shines?
He just bought a Blink Dagger!
What a crucial item to have in such a emergency time.
During the next war in the mid-lane, Loda hides in the bush and waits for the best chance to attack.
Just when he sees a hole, he attacks.

People said that that is the best blink they've ever seen in their entire life, the whole hall just shines with rainbow colours, both team's teammates are shocked with what they had just saw, even Vigoss cried.

Loda uses his mouse to click on the Blink Dagger and click on a place to blink in, he then releases the most beautiful Shadow of Requiem that people has ever seen.
RAMPAGE!

All the people freezed for a sheer second.
Followed by a long silence in the room,
one by one, the Virtus.Pro players left the game saying GG.
SK.Gaming wins the game automatically!

People said that that's the 失传多年了的 Mouse Click 功!
And after Loda uses it for that one time, no one has ever seen it again.
Never ever...

Not long after that, both SK.Gaming and Virtus.Pro disbanded and one by one their players retired from the Dota scenes.

They say now vigoss is working as a secret agent in a very very secret agency in Russia.
Then Loda was never ever heard again, perhaps he is punished for using such a forbidden skills in Dota.


事隔多年, few days ago while I was playing with my friends in BlitZone Sri Petaling,
miracle happens once again.
One of my friend, he uses the long lost Mouse Click 功 right beside of me.
my tears are almost coming out of my eyes, 原来2012年的世界末日是真的!
OH MY FUCKING GOD!
That was the most beautiful blink I've ever seen with my real eyes, that sweet move of Tiny, blinking into enemy's base, tossing and avalanching all the enemy heroes.
The best day of my life. Seriously, no joking.
I wonder if he takes training from Loda.
Hmmm...
Wanna know who is this guy?
Well, ask me secretly then :D

Recap - A Look Back at 2011

Shit tons of things happened in 2011.
It's 2012 already, just forget about the end of the world bullshit, and keep on looking forward my friends :)

Here's a recap on some of the memorable things that happened to me during last year.


1. Scored only 1A in my SPM.
Lol, seriously I didn't think that I would get such a bad results, but the good thing is that I didn't flunk one subject at all, so at least that's a consolation prize for me. :)

2. Went to National Service!

To be honest, not a very fun trip, pretty boring, but the payoff is good though, earned several hundred ringgit and met a lot of new and friendly friends throughout the entire journey!

3. Entered TAR College!

A good choice indeed :D

4. Meeting a group of new friends during my awesome college life :)

Without them, my college life won't be so colourful anymore.

5. Watched loads of great movies with my friends in cinemas.
The list includes:
Fast Five, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, You Are the Apple of My Eye, and more and more.

6. Making LCC becomes more famous than ever.


7. Knowing Gantz.

Reading through this manga has taught me a lot of things. I'm dead serious.

8. Went to MTV World Stage!

Crazy night with Emily.

9. Passed my driving test and now I'm driving to college everyday!
Thanks mom and dad! LOL :D


Well, I guess that concludes my list. Perhaps I missed out something but, those were really some amazing moments I had in 2011.
